Our culture is one of continuing professional development. This allows us to build on our engineering, geological and environmental skills and stay abreast of changes in legislation and developments in technology.

We employ staff from a wide range of engineering and environmental backgrounds. We also recruit talented graduate engineers, many of whom have continued their training with us, developing their careers and gaining experience in all aspects of ground engineering.
