There are increasing requirements to demonstrate to third parties (such as Building Control, Environmental Health Officers, NHBC, purchasers and funders etc) that, on completion of any development, all issues identified at the planning stage have been addressed, correct procedures followed and design criteria met. This is especially true for sites where there have been extensive remedial works, such as major earthworks, or where ground treatment or piling has taken place.

We are experienced at setting up monitoring systems and/or on-site testing regimes that have minimal impact on the construction programme, yet provide relevant data that satisfy the requirements of third parties and demonstrate compliance with the acceptability criteria established at the design phase.
