Pre-purchase appraisalsFor situations where property ownership is to be transferred with or without intended redevelopment, we can undertake an environmental audit of the property.

This audit is undertaken in accordance with published best practice and includes desk study researches, a reconnaissance inspection of the property and, where necessary, interviews with current owners or key personnel at the property. These data are then used to assess potential environmental liabilities that may be associated with property ownership and, if required, any remedial actions that should be instigated to negate the liabilities. This work can be undertaken on behalf of a vendor or a purchaser.
