Assessment

Crossfield Consulting has a track record of identifying pragmatic remedial works and engineering solutions that have permitted economical development to take place on sites previously blighted and unviable.

All our assessments consider the environmental aspects of site ownership, including potential liabilities. We also take into account environmental sensitivity when assessing the engineering options and construction works.

For all developments, we undertake a qualitative risk assessment in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Protection Act (1990) and, when required, detailed quantitative risk assessments can also be carried out.

Geotechnical risk assessments will assess the potential impact of natural and man-made geohazards, to enable us to identify the most appropriate foundation options, commensurate with the ground conditions and environmental sensitivity of the site.
